Having been a manager in children and youth services for many years I now offer Supervision, Appraisals and Difficult Conversations Training as well as Reflective Supervision Skills for those in Safeguarding roles

With a passion for increasing understanding I offer training in Autism Awareness and in ADHD Awareness tailored to support staff and service users in your work setting. I can also support companies to think about how to create a neuro-inclusive work culture where everyone can thrive.

Children's Safeguarding Training for whole staff teams such as nurseries, schools, alternative providers and care settings. As well as Training for individual Designated Leads.

Drawing from my Youth Work and Counselling Qualifications and experience, I offer training in Self Harm Awareness and Strategies, Attachment, and Trauma Informed Practice. I also offer courses such as Active Listening and Mediation Skills.
